簡(jiǎn)要描述：

水果打漿機適用于經(jīng)過(guò)破碎后番茄、獼猴桃、草莓、蘋(píng)果、楊梅以及經(jīng)過(guò)預煮軟化的山楂、棗等水果的打漿分離。MDJ型去核打漿機不但符合DJ型打漿機的適用范圍，而且適用于各種核果類(lèi)的水果去核打漿分離。

水果打漿機

  1. 型號：JA-DJ-200；

  2. 處理能力：1 噸/時(shí)原料；

  3. 功率：4Kw 380V 50Hz；

  4. 材質(zhì)： SUS304 制作而成（傳動(dòng)除外）；

  5. 工作原理：電動(dòng)機通過(guò)皮帶傳動(dòng)，使安裝在花鍵上的刮板高速旋轉，當經(jīng)過(guò)破碎的水果通過(guò)進(jìn)料口進(jìn)入機內時(shí)，接漿盤(pán)就把物料均勻排發(fā)到刮板和篩網(wǎng)處。由于刮板的回轉作用和導程角的存在，使物料沿著(zhù)圓筒向出口端移動(dòng)，移動(dòng)的軌跡呈螺旋狀，物料就在刮板和篩筒之間移動(dòng)過(guò)程中受離心力的作用而被擦碎，汁液和肉質(zhì)（已成漿狀）從篩孔中通過(guò)送入下道工序，皮和籽等則從出渣斗排出，以達到自動(dòng)分離的目的。只要變換不同規格的篩網(wǎng)以及調整刮板導程角的大小， 可改變不同的打漿速度，獲得滿(mǎn)意的效果；
